Trapped, no way out...
Today I feel like I'm drowning again; in over my head and I just want to give up and sink; I'm trippin' and I'm slippin'. I actually thought about taking drugs (coke) just to try something new; experience whatever trip it sets me on. A user friend says "no, hell no!" So, there it is...trapped in this prison of reality with this f**n monster on my back and there's no way out! I can only refer to the last sentence of my previous journal. Visions of the future leave me feeling alone & I just want out to avoid the inevitable...

The Four Ageements by Miguel Ruiz.... Look into it my friend=) I send happiness your way
Do not look forward. Still at the present moment. Just one moment at a time. When we are depressed, we see the future is very gray, dark and scary. We convince ourselves that it will be and for sure it is. Don\'t look any further.
Take one min at a time. Call a friend, be with them, stay on the computer, play games on computer, watch a movie, do something just something...or maybe many things upon many things.. just one thing at a time and stay in the Presence.
I am with you.
I agree with utah. Put your energy into the present and try to be tender with that hurting part of yourself.
I also hold hope that your new therapist can assist the part of you who holds on to become stronger and surer of the choice to remain in this life.
Healing thoughts for your spirit.
First no drugs, unless they are prescribed by your therapist, also utah is correct stay in the present,1 minute,1 hour,1 day at a time is all any of us can do,try not overthinking so much about what might be,and try telling yourself what could be always in the positive......
Thank you for your comments; staying in the present has always been a challenge. I either dwell on the past or get overly anxious about the future...
