Tramadol

So I started Tramadol ER 200mg a month ago. It worked really well for a couple weeks, now not so much. Im waking up in a lot of pain again and having to take a lot of Oxycodone again .  I go to see a new pain specialist on the 8th of April and I am so nervous. I want to try something besides Tramadol because its not working and my Psych thinks its the cause of my major anxiety issues I have had since starting. The Cymbalta and Tramadol both so something to seretonin. Maybe I have to much, who knows. Tramadol was also supposed to be non narcotic and I read online that it is a narcotic. One that doesn't work! I hope they are willing to give me something else.
