Was talked through attaching trailer and other features before driving away. Bruce was great – very knowledgeable and helpful from the time I met him to time of picking up my tailor made trailer. When I collected it, Bruce showed me different hooks and explained how they can be attached to the compartment to make most use of space. Very happy with the service and support from Bruce and the team at Trailers Direct. Helped us with everything we needed from a new axle to seal kits.Definitely will be back. I have only had the trailer for a few days and it drove well coming home.
The trailer is full of sharp galvanising and welds and has many offset joints (especiallyin the cage). There is also much weld splatter and the like not cleaned up before galv was put on.It has many rub/exposed metal points (the owner gave us some galvanising paint to resolve). We paid about $3200 and we very happy with the price given that everywhere else wanted between $6k and $7.5k for the same.
