We bought a duel axel, caged, hot dipped galvanised, override braked, 8×5 trailer in Dec 2020 (8 months old at the time of this review).It drives straight and tows well. Very helpful salesman, no fuss, no bother. Very happy with trailer, galvanising is very well coated, perfect for aluminium enclosed trailer general handyman work. Best damn trailer I have ever bought. Walked in off the street, was greeted with a smile.

The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle.

Trailers Direct are by far the best in building a good trailer, they knew exactly what I needed and build it fast. The trailer is full of sharp galvanising and welds and has many offset joints (especiallyin the cage). There is also much weld splatter and the like not cleaned up before galv was put on.It has many rub/exposed metal points (the owner gave us some galvanising paint to resolve).
