Tragedy in my family

Sometimes things happen that make you realize that losing weight is something that can be conquered, but it is not a tragedy.  This week my cousin's 14 year old son (Blake) was in a car accident.  The car that Blake was riding in was run off the road by an angry driver and it caused them to hit a tree.  He suffered severe head trauma and he had to be put on life support.  After several days he was determined to be brain dead and my cousin had to make the decision to take him off the machines.  It was gut wrenching watching him go through this.  This cousin is three months older than me and he is more like a brother to me.  Now he has to bury his 14 year old son.  Whether I lose weight this week doesn't seem to matter.
