Trade Winds
A while back I posed about being in the Doldrums. I was waiting to get into the trade winds so life can move on. Looking at the way things are now, I have been into the Trade Winds for a few weeks now. I definately have plenty of wind in my sails and I am making progress. It is more of an exploritory voyage though as I am heading for uncharted waters and destinations unknown. Life is a strange journey and we never know where we might end up. When I was first married I thought that this was forever, I never knew that there was a storm on the horizon. I could see, at times, that my marriage was in rough seas, but I always thought that I would skirt the storms. How did I know that this would be my final destination on that voyage? Life changes as often as the wind changes directions. Sometimes the change is favorable, like sailing down wind. Other times the change is unfavorable and you have to beat into the wind. The thing is that if you know where you want to go you will still get there, you just have to change tatics.

You\'ve come a long way since you first started posting, and you have become much more introspective and seem to be looking deep within for answers and trying to work on you. You should be proud of how far you\'ve come.
That is beautiful, you really put a lot of thought into this entry and I feel the same way you feel. Its hard to see through the clouds, the wind and the rain. We start life with hopes that it will go our way, we start a marriage with hopes that it would last forever.. Your right we never can see through the future.. But what we sure can do is fix the present.
