Tough month

So sad to say that the acupuncture isn't quite meeting the challenge of the Meniere's. Its still helping, for sure. But I am having one of those months where every day I feel just on the verge of being dizzy. I have that vague, nauseated feeling all day every day now. I'm just waiting for it to get over 105 degrees, and things to stop blooming, and I know I'll start to feel better. It's just so damn discouraging. I was so optimistic a month ago, I schedule myself to take my son on our annual trip to the water park at the end of school this weekend. I haven't gone the last few years because of the time of year and the pollen/Meniere's connection. I thought I would be okay this year. Now I'm wondering if I'm going to be able to handle it. My ex is taking my son to Italy for 3  (three!) whole weeks the first of June. So I scheduled myself to visit a friend in California. Hope I'm okay for that, too. She has been the one visiting me for years now, I and really feel I need to put in the effort to visit her just to hold up my end of the friendship. But I just don't know where I'm going to be symptom wise. She is in Sacramento, and we are supposed to visit her son in Half Moon Bay, which would be good. Being on the water always helps because of the nice ocean breeze that blows all that nasty pollen away. Anyway, I'm hunkered down in the house right now, only leaving if absolutely necessary. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that AGAIN. But at least I can say I've managed to keep the full blown vertigo attacks down to one so far this year. Just gotta be thankful for any positive moves in the right direction.
