Tough Day

Well, it's been a long time. I feel very depressed but I did in fact get out of apartment today and got my hair cut. I also went to Cifelli's and had some coffee with Frank and Brian. It's just been a tough time...... I am going to leave a voice mail for my therapist and hope I can get some help.
