Toorak Photography
At Verve we aim to develop something that extends beyond portrait photography, transcending the common and delivering an immersive experience. We carefully select the best photographers from around the world and provide continued training and development to ensure our team are the best in the business. Arguably Australia's premier portrait studio, Piccoli Photography specialises in cutting edge children's and family photography culminating in vibrant and distinctive gallery style art pieces for your home or office. Our professional photographer in Melbourne is equipped with everything needed to create beautiful portraits, including the latest equipment, a comfortable sofa and a powder room for breaks. We also have a change table, nappies as well as beautiful props and maternity gowns. Some traditional wedding would need two photographers because they request two photographers go to bride and groom house separately in the morning and they have big bridal party and guests to be captured.
We encourage and welcome contact from First Peoples Communities, scholars and others to provide advice to correct and enhance information. In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people as the traditional owners and custodians of this beautiful and precious land that I am so lucky to live, work and play on. I also wish to pay my respects to all Elders, past and present, who have resided in this area and extend that respect to other Indigenous people who are present. Hopefully not hidden in a drawer somewhere, gathering dust and forgotten about. Printing your photos ensures that you will have something tangible to hand down to your children.
Loved having you in the studio and capturing this special time for you all. There was enough time allocated for our session and never felt hurried. Photos are beautiful, she is fantastic with kids and always makes everyone feel comfortable. In January 1940 Parer, by then a photographer with the Commonwealth Department of Information, sailed for the Middle East with elements of the Australian Imperial Force. From the gunboat, H.M.S. Ladybird, he filmed the bombardment of Bardia, Libya, on 2 January 1941. With Frank Hurley, he covered the Australian assault on Tobruk on January.
She is the only one we trust with our photographs since our very first newborn shoot. Her energy, care, fun and ability to relate and draw the best out of children and their families is second to none. In our opinion she is Australia’s best photographer for kids and families. Thank you Niki for your talent and commitment to perfecting your art. We did our maternity shoot and our newborn shoot with Niki.
A biography was published in Photo Digest magazine August 1960 and his Bridge negatives, now in the collection of the Australian Centre for Photography, were reprinted and published by Sun Books 1978. He is best known for the film of the building of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, which he did on his own initiative. Despite a strong interest in film and documentary work, Mallard was faithful to the canons of the pictorial style and was making delicate bromoils at the same time as editing the Bridge film. Exhibition prints from any Bridge negatives would most likely have been treated like cat no 75 showing the Bridge tensioning cables.
I had a newborn session with Niki recently and it exceeded all my expectations. Niki’s friendly approach put me at ease, and the way she managed my baby showed her experience and skill with newborns. I can’t wait to see the photos but I have no doubt I’ll love them all. Just had my maternity photography shot in Niki’s studio and we truely enjoyed it including my 4yo daughter! Niki is warm, fun and professional, great communications prior to the session which made it so easy on the day.
Let's get straight into their lovely ceremony at Toorak Uniting Church. One great feature of Toorak Uniting Church is that it's large and bright enough to have a group photo of all your guests inside the church. So that's what we did, followed by the smaller family and friends group shots outside. Wow, if I'd seen these reviews I would have come for a portrait session ages ago. Our productivity has gone up since our about us page now features Mark's pics. Also my bank account has more money and my iphone screen uncracked.
