Too many feelings

My heart is breaking today. The news coming out of Connecticut is so painful. How can anyone do what was done to these children? I'm a mother, and just thinking about what the parents of the injured and dead children are going through has had me crying for hours. I hope the person/ people responsible burn in hell for their crimes. To take a life is so stupid. Life is so precious. If you want to take your own, that is between you and your God (whichever deity you choose to follow, if any). You shouldn't drag in innocent lives into it. I don't even know what else to say about this. I just had to get some of my feelings out. I hugged my baby tight until she decided she had had enough and went off to play. Seeing the president's speech started all of the emotions rolling again. He feels the pain just like every other parent out there. Hug your loved ones. Don't for one second let them forget that they are loved. Cherish each moment you have with them. You never know when it will all be taken away from you, whether through natural causes or some tragedy.
