I have so many worries, but you have all heard them before. so I won't bore you with them at this point.suicide is not an option! But worrying is making me sick.
Worrying is a useless and fruitless activity. Don\'t get me wrong, I worry all the time and I know that it\'s VERY hard not to, but I\'m really trying to start finding strength in Jesus. I know He loves me and has a plan for every step of my life. He is always there for me, to strengthen my faith in Him and help guide me to the right path. I suggest trying to read the Word and pray for forgiveness and guidance. Also, I\'ve been reading a book by Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar. You might know them from a show called \"19 Kids and Counting\" on TLC. Everything they do is for God and they live and do everything by where the Bible leads them. It\'s very inspirational. I bought it on Amazon and downloaded it onto my phone. It\'s $10, but it\'s totally worth it.

Try and distract yourself from suicidal thinking.
Do nice things for yourself....that\'s what my Pdoc keeps telling me to do in my life.
I keep telling him, I\'m so used to doing for others....I\'m not sure I know how to be nice to myself.
I usually end up taking a nice shower with smelly body washes (the good smelly kind)
