Too cold
Well, it is 6 degrees outside. Going up to a balmy 20 today. I was watching tv this AM and there was a place in the mountains in NY where the wind chill was -40 degrees! I am so tired of the cold!
I did get to the Y this AM! 35 minutes on treadmill, 3.6 mph walk with 3 intervals of jogging for 2 1/2 minutes at 4.6 mph. Also did 25 minutes lower body weights and 5 minute stretch.
David got a lot of extra credit to do this weekend. He has off today for in service. so a 3 day weekend for makeup work. He got 3 whopping pages of math done. He did read maybe 1/2 of his book for his book report. He just doesn't want to do it. I don't know how to get him to not be lazy. No one wants to work or do homework or clean, but it has to be done. That is life. Is this genetic? Is there a laziness gene? I am starting to think so. Paul and I were straight A students. Last night "arguing" over the homework during dinner. He gets all mad, spits his food out all over my kitchen and stomps out. Now I was nasty at that point and called him a very nasty name. He went to a friend's house 7pm and told them his parents kicked him out of his house. Thank God the mother called us. I really wish I could send this kid to military school. Paul refuses to spend the money.
Praying things stay calm at work, but with the weather, getting a lot of frozen pipe claims. Ugh! Glad to be home and inside today and not out on the road.
RE: pink jeans, I will take photos when I can fit into them, most likely not until late March.
