Too busy is not fun either

Whew ... seems like a long time. But just time for a quick update, because I want to catch up with some correspondence and a few other things. Checked into jobs the other night. There are ESL jobs part time in the town  down the road a piece (yeah, I said it that way on purpose! ) In the evening. Sounds perfect. Also some aide positions south. So getting some info and apps. Need to get some refs from when I was substituting as well. I should keep up on that stuff better, but I don't.
Keeping up on the jobs I have for the last week, so far no probs. Praying car holds til I can get some extra cash to do the other stuff. Getting things organized in other "departments" a little at a time. When I did my daughters FAFSAs, I went ahead and did one for myself. I was reading about some programs - teaching, I could become certified after about a year for secondary ed and nursing, about 40 credits for completion and would help me regain knowledge & skills since I last practiced. Trying to decide ... what would best fit in with my mental and emotional and skills. And interests.
So glad the weather is better, but tornado watch for this evening. Seems like natural disasters/weather have really been on increase last few years. So, going to go so I can catch up and batten down the hatches before it storms.
