Tony the tiger

We went to the casino on friday. We decided to make it a whole weekend thing instead of one day. Well friday went fine but sat I started to feel anxious. I thought that it was from lack of sleep. I did meditation and that and it helped some but I still had that black mass hanging around. The kids and I headed back a day early leaving my parents there to head back in their vehicle on Sunday.
The drive back I felt the anxiousness slipping away but it did't totally leave. Then this morning I woke up and it was hell. I went to the bathroom because I had loose stools which seems to always go hand in hand with my anxiety. I went back to bed and meditated. I did get it under control but I still have the shaking and lazy feeling.
I signed up for iloveanxiety.com and I watched the first video blog about the feelings and they used Tony the tiger as a key name in the video. It was to accept the anxious feelings as normal for my body and accepting them. I feel a little better.
I also started texting my life coach and a few friends to help talk me through this and it accepting my feelings. I am working on it and I hope that God is carrying me through this dark time.
I am thinking about a saying from Yoda, "Can or can not, do or do not but there is no try"
