Tonight's conversation with my dad
My dad randomly said that he was already half way through his life and I told him "no, you need to stay forever" and started sobbing. I cant imagine how it will actually be when he is gone. Like just at the thought of loosing him made me cry.

My father died 31 years ago when I was 15 but I always hung onto the belief that we will be together for eternity someday. That helps me so much. I'm sorry you are feeling the way you are at the thought of him leaving you one day. He will always be there with you. *hugs*
It's never the same when a parent dies. Love and enjoy them while they're here. When they're gone you feel something is missing.
