tonight is better

Hello my dear sisters, I just wanted to let you know that Joshua & Christina came over for Sunday dinner with their mom. That's what we do every Sunday. Joshua was in a better mood & while he doesn't really want to discuss having a relationship with my son's father, he was able to express what he felt appropriately. We are leaving it alone & respecting each other's point of view & we'll see what happens as time goes on. He may come around to forgiveness & acceptance. So all in all things are better.

I was so depressed earlier but journaling helped & I ripped out the summer garden & planted spring bulbs so that helped to discharge some of the negative energy. I'm still a little sad. Just missing Eddie & how my life used to be. Ed was the person I was closest to in all of my life. I raised him myself after I got divorced & I didn't have family around. My mother moved to Florida in when Eddie was10, (not that it was a bad thing), lol! She lived there for 20 years & came back in 2001. Anyhow, Eddie & I were close & as an adult he was my best friend & I think he would tell you -I was his. I so want off this roller coaster of emotion & pain, but that's not what it is going to be. Eddie has taught me that some days are harder & some days are lighter/easier. So I look forward to a lighter day tomorrow.
Thanks to all of you for your comments, support & understanding. FMO helps me stay sane during the darkest times.
Love and peace to all. Linda
