In addition to the main restaurant, we have "Shibuya Tokyu Toyoko restaurant". Tokyu Plaza Shibuya reopened in 2019 as a fashionable shopping building directly connected to the railway station. You can feel traditional Japanese atmosphere near Shibuya Station at all of our 2 restaurants which also have private rooms. The fastidiousness with which our owner/chef prepares their Tonkatsu (deep-fried pork) keeps even the most choosey locals coming back for more. The bread-crumb batter of our Tonkatsu is exceptionally crispy, and its meaty core is especially juicy. Our large Ebifurai (deep-fried shrimp) are also very popular.

We buy strictly selected domestic eels and keep them alive in Tateba. UOSAI was founded over 100 years ago in Taisho 3 . Our dashi broth is made from dried kelp and bonito without using any artificial flavors. We pay attention to the natural “umami” flavor, good taste, food safety and reliability.
