Todays story
Although I have been part of this group since mid April, I have not done any journal entries. So here goes the first.
Today I received news that a dear friend had passed away from cancer. Her fought a valiant battle for 12 years. He was a special friend to our family and a tremendous support during our daughters cancer journey. (She passed in Apr 2005 from ovarian cancer, age 23).
Anyway since this friend was special to all of us, I sent a text to ED. Very general, wanted her to know that Mr R had passed. Got a thx for letting me know. Funny, I had this glimmer that there might be a few more sentences.
Also meant to say that Mr R was really really good to my ES but don't have it in my heart to let him know. That would make Mr R sad but I know he would understand 100%
I am sad today, enough said.
