Todays Dr Appt
I paused before I started this, I wondered if it was really worth it, as I've only got 2 friends that I can be guaranteed will read it, 2 more that sort of sometimes will, but oh well. Well yesterday late afternoon my dry hacking choking cough finally got the better of me so I called my dr's office. I was able to get in this morning, good thing. As it turns out it appears I've got some viral infection so it wouldn't of gone away on it's own. He gave me this steriod antibiotic which I take for several days plus a Cymicort anti-inflammatory inhaler to use twice a day for a couple of wks I think. I've never used an inhaler & am not sure abt it but I guess dr knows best. I'm hoping that this infection thing might be contributing to my overall not totally perfect feeling or as perfect as a Lupus person can be as of late, so I'm reminding myself that I've just got to have patience for a couple wks, cope with more drugs (imagine that huh) & hopefully come out the other side feeling way better. Anywho, special love & thanks to all who let me whine on their shoulder here for a bit.

Well I hope these meds do the trick. I\'m still using my inhaler and my pneumonia was dx like 10 weeks ago. It might take a while to feel truly better. But I am glad you are taking good care of yourself. Sometimes I journal just for me, to get things processed in my mind and out my fingers. But everyone processes feelings and thoughts differently.
