Todays adventure
It has been a beautiful day in mid America. This morning I went to Wally world and got the necessaries. Spent too much but it will all be used.
Then I got a real run around from 2 businesses. My phone battery is going so I need a new one---no, I don't want a different phone! Last week I tried to order a new battery online but my prepaid card was turned down. I did have money to cover but somewhere it got messed up. Anyway, one business said they didn't sell batteries and I should travel 50 miles to get a new one---NOT!!! The next one tried to order a battery for me but the site wanted a card, not cash or check. The third one I went to and walked in the door, the woman said the battery would be $40 if she ordered it or go to Ebay. She was rude. My phone (btw) cost $30. So next was the bank to order a debit card so I can go back to the place that can order the new battery. Or maybe I will just do it myself. The new battery will be less than $10!!!
Also today I got the papers to start with a new chiropractor. One who is here in town rather than trying to go 40 miles to our regular. We will keep both but use the new one if we need a fast adjustment. My old whiplash injury is roaring this winter. My first appointment is next Wednesday after work.

hi Mary! I relate to Customer Service being a real pain. Sometimes I wonder... when I call them.. if I have the wrong department, ha! I have a charge card I use all the time, very rarely use my debit because it\'s nice to get cash back at the end of the year. But also have a Visa Gift Card that I buy for myself and use that from time to time. It\'s from TD Bank and free, and works just the same as pre-paid.
I hope your injury from the whiplash doesn\'t act up.. and if you\'re off to the chiro, that that will do the trip.
