today yoga

i taught three yoga classes today and they were great. the first yoga class, 7:15a, helped me lose the anxiety i woke up with today - amazing! i'm proud and happy.

I bought my mom an amazon echo called alexa for mother's day. it is a bluetooth speaker. i know she will like it because she likes new things. she needed a new system. the old system i gave her years ago finally did it's lifetime. she can use the alexa with the tablet i bought her two xmas ago.

i called my aunts on mother's day, but i did not call my grandmother. it is her son, my uncle, that molested me when i was 6. it was her other son, my father, that was giving me a beating. he punched me in the eye and then running away from him, i hit a door with my head and slipped into a coma. i stayed in that com for ten days. my mother took me to the hospital without my father to protect him from getting arrested. he was taking drugs at the time. my mom told me herion once, weed the other, and then she said she could not remember. i mother will do whatever to protect my father and through me under the bus.
