Today was not so rad

WEll actually woke up okay ready to tackle another day out in the world rode my chopper to work in the fog, brrrr and started off my work day. Worked well thru the day. Cracked some skulls at work, and made deals go down.
Got really frustrated at the end of the day with the psychiatrists. The one my friend refered me to said he wasn't taking any patients. Another that never called me back, I finally said EF it and went to his office, it was on my way home. So what this biker chick barged in your office. Big Deal. He totally blew me off, all pissed.
I feel like i might need to go on something but after this aweful experience on effexor i am so afraid to go on anything especially just under the guidance of my family doc. also, i am not sleeping much at all. I am up to almost 60 of temazapan and .5mg of klonopin to sleep. With taking no antidepressants. Still having some of the withdrawal effects of the effexor, like the zaps, but the headaches and dizziness are less.   I could got to my family doc but I just dont totally trust her with these wacky brain meds.
Came home BAWLING Today. nuts a total disaster after that ass kicked me out of his office. I have seriously tried and tried every route to see someone here in Santa Cruz, and it is completely and totally impossible on my plan.
So now I have to get my doc on board to refer me to a psychiatrist in town and maybe she can make some calls to get me in, OR see what I can do in the next town over 40 minutes away, in San Jose. There are more docs there. I called one today, who was closer to stanford, and he suggested I try to find someone closer. He is right. It's  a bitch to drive that far (it is about an hour or so +/- with traffic). And he said he is slimming his practice down. But you know if i only have to go once a week for a while, then it might be worth it. HE got good ratings, and some honors and was recommended by a friend. I don't mind the drive if he's worth it. People commute that daily.
I guess i just need to go back to my family doc, the one who started me on the effexor. I'm just so frustrated and want to feel better. This has been going on now almost three months.
