Today.... Smile ....

I was tired when I got up today but I just drank my ProArgi9 and kept saying to myself "Let it go... let this chronic fatigue that has tried to steal my life GO... let it GO... " I actually feel my whole body relax and my mind and face relax when I say these words mentally to myself. I can actually feel the stress leaving the ends of my fingers and OUT my feet.

So after a while, I washed my hair and cleaned the house. I am glad our house is small. I swept and dust mopped out new floors, pulled the frig out and swept and MR. Cleaned under there... yuck... it took less than 5 minutes.

I watered the front and back yard and I always love watering my flowers.. it makes me smile . They are struggling in this heat, but they are still alive. I just set the sprinklers in the front and back for an hour .... at least our heat is breaking... whew.

I went to lunch w/ a friend and then drove over to my mom's thirty miles away and picked up our dogs. Paco is no longer going to get to sleep on momma's bed. He is incontinent and pp's momma's bed... so his bed is now next to mine and it can easily be thrown in the wash... I have had to strip my whole bed... blanket, sheets, mattress pad, his bed, his blanket... omgosh... TOO MANY times. now. And he is NOT going to wear a diaper. I really do need to get him to the vet.

Back to work tomorrow morning... My classroom has changed. I hope the kids are okay with it. It's very very simple. But my props are not. They are complex....

The boxes of junk are still in the garage. I am not wanting to bring it in. I am really liking the way things are... very stripped down and clean. I may store at least 3/4 of it.

I went thru my closet again and took out more stuff... and then took it all to Goodwill.... a trunk full, and about fifty things on hangers. AT LEAST fifty things. I put my jewelry case in the closet, put my yoga mat in the closet, and hung my scarves. ... It is very streamlined now. I love it.

I've learning that I can do a LOT in ten minutes... a LOT... it really doesn't take that long. ... I just have to GO and then do a little chore, then go to the next. I've also learned that I do not have to do things FAST... I can take my time. I do not have kids.. and hubby is gone. And i can crank Alexa on PoP hits of the 70s and just take my time... It's nice.

I'm feeling hope for the first time in a LONG LONG time... and feel good about Life all around. It has been a long time coming.

Good for you, I'm glad that you like the way the house looks now, we all have to be comfortable with our surroundings.
Good luck with the classes

Hey lovely you. You sure write a lot of journals and you do a lot. Go girl ! I'm crashed in bed and just too fatigued to move. So frustrating. When I crash, no words seem to make this body move. I'm glad your life is going so well for you and so many things are changing. I'm feeling a bit jealous to be truthful. I guess I'm just depressed because I'm pinned down by this CFS. Tomorrow's a new day though so hopefully I'll be upright and moving. Love to you.
