Today's ills
Well a new thing happen last week, got out of bed and could not walk on the left foot. I hobble around for about 4 days and then call my Rum Doc and she said yesterday, GOTCHA (GOUT)? Yes I said what me? Then she explain that the legs had been painful to the touch along the shin and that this was a short run of it. to say the least I started on Predisone for 5 days.
Also, with the Heat down here my hands and other parts have not been as cold but the heat makes we really tired fast.

welcome to the site. I think most of us have some type of joint pain. Mine comes and goes, it bothers my hands and knees the most. even though it\'s hard the best thing is to keep active and keep flexible.
Thanks for the insite, just got back a doctors report on blood work and Urin test. All was normal except Potassium level to low and Carbon dioxide High. Beside being tired and frezzing hands, and joints hurting all is well.
