today is day 4 of no pulling

Have not pulled since feb 3rd.  Staying strong.  It hasn't been easy.  Things have been difficult at home.  My kids are driving me crazy.  No doing homework, not going to bed, waking up at 5am.  Everything is a struggle.  My husband is not going to be home until monday.  Got to try to stay calmer today.
