Today is better

Today was better, went around Seattle and did some geocaching activities including pics by Bruce Lee's grave, and a great pic of the Space Needle. I was having pelvic spasms while we were doing the activities in Seattle, but lied to my hubby that I was fine because I didn't want him to cut events short.
This afternoon my nephew was here visiting. We filled up the kiddie pool for him to play in and the dog jumped right in and laid down. Eli (my nephew) was very mad about that! Pics to follow at a later date! However I did tweak my back swinging Eli through the sprinkler, doesn't sometimes seem like I can lift anymore! On heat and meds tonight hopefully can make it to work tomorrow!
