Today I am an A-hole
She continues to bring me problems that she wants me to fix. Car is making a funny noise, or she is having a problem at work with a coworker etc.
I keep telling her that unless it has something to do with our boys, its not my job to take care of her or her problems. She gave me up for someone she thought was better. Let him fix your problems.
Her response......"quit being an a-hole I didn't give you up!"
She won't ever understand. You cant do what she did AND get to keep your husband. You have to earn him back. I was her backup plan for way too long.

Sorry you\'re going though this. Sounds like she is trying to hang on, stay strong and now that you have taken that step away stick to it. I can only imagine how hard this will be for you but hopefully she realises your actions speck the same as your words.
