Today.
Today, that is a word that I have been using quite frequently. What will go wrong today, how will I cope today, Is today gonna be a good day? That is where I live my life one day at a time. Its the only place I can live because I truly dont know what tomorrow will bring. Myself I have PMDD, I am also certain I struggle with some sort of depression on top of the pmdd. I have 4 daughters ranging in ages through 19-7, I have a husband who is great most of the time, we have 3 dogs and 1 cat, we are a rather busy family. On top of my issues im certain my husband has some issue that have not been addressed yet. My 14 year old has sensory disorder and inactive adhd, and then ofcousre theres all the normal parenting duties, activities, responsiblites, ect... I amĀ STRESSEDĀ to say the least. I don't want to sit here and say that I dont have a wonderful life and a wonderful family but why is everything just becoming so hard? We fight my husband and I. its like bickering and just the back and forth then our kids hear that espically the little one which is just so sad for me to see. Then there is still my 14 year old who is at that very moment everything else is going on she is having a breakdown about only God knows what; really it just depends on the day. Am I losing my mind when I lose my S*** when they all look at me like; what the heck is wrong with you mom!? Doesnt it feel like if we don't keep it together then every one else in the house seems to begin to breakdown then its just blamed on us because we are having a bad day. it just doesn't seem fair. So really just today let me make it through today maybe with a smile and a laugh or 2, let me love my kids yet displcine when needed, and let us just show love as a family to one another. Just today! Dont worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries, Today is enough for today.
