To the friend who broke my heart

I am so conflicted about you you know. I know that you want to pick up our friendship where you decided to chuck it 22 years ago. How can you expect me to when you broke my heart. I don't know if I will ever be capable of being a good friend to you. Once I was but too much water has gone under the bridge. Did you expect me to forget you slept with my husband the night before our wedding and many times after that. Did you expect me to forget all the shit you did to Michael? I think not you may have forgotten but I haven't. It is not everyday that your best friend betrayed you. I think with Tom you got exactly what you deserved. And you are reaping wht you sowed in the aftermath of Tom  I could have told you he would do the same things to you that he eventually did to you! But I know you wouldn't have listened. I am laughing in my head because I knew it would happen.
