Exhausted and need to sleep but it seems to be fitful at best. Hopefully tonite is different. Emotionally drained and dont want to think for a while. Sunrise will bring new perspective.

You might want to try a sleep aid without any pain meds in it, they sell them over the counter and my doc says that they can\'t hurt. You sound like you really need a good night\'s sleep. It\'s worth a try.
Hope you can get that sleep tonight and that tomorrow is a better day.

Sounds like the best remedy right now is a good nights sleep. I pray you get that, and wake up refreshed in the morning.
