to me this is positive news, lol

I've been having such struggles with my sweet cravings, they show up daily and are relentless and hard to ignore. When I am really anxious, I have to eat something sweet and no carrot or apple or the vanilla herbal tea I've been trying work! I know if I can only stop the sweets, I'd lose weight. grrrr. And then I read a few minutes ago that people with anxiety seek out sweets to 'relieve' the anxiety.  So here's my new slogan  " I'm not fat, I'm agoraphobic! " I can live with that! :)

I like your sense of humor and slogan Sobe.
I hope you don\'t mind my writing in your journal.I am an agoraphobic as well, have been since my mid-teens.
I read a post of yours in the agoraphobia community (in the advice)
I like what you said about telling people your agoraphobic and leaving it at that.
