I have Great Family & Friends who help Me through this Life I have. Thank All Of You for Your Kind words, Your Understanding, the Love You have for helping out someone else who is in Need, Just Thank You for Being You. Today, I was listening to the Christian Television Network & they were talking about being Depressed & Being a Prisoner in Your Own Mind when they were Praying at the end of it for all of US. I know how I got to give all My Past to God. It will be Hard but I am willing to do that for a better Life. God Bless Each & Everyone of You - In Jesus Name Amen.

I am glad that you have found what you have, this day. Asking God for His help and saying that you will give it to Him to help you with is the easy part. It isn\'t a \'free\' deal.
You still need to do all that you can do, first, to show your faith and willingness to overcome your issues and problems. Then you can say, OK, God, there is no more I can do or know to do, so you need to take it from here. And, He will, as promised. (Faith precedes the miracle.)
Also, you must have love for yourself and a good understanding of who you really are, as a child of God, to be able to fully love and serve Him.
That is usually the hardest part for most, as with depression, bipolar and so many other issues, we tend to take much of it out on ourselves and believe that we are responsible for every \'bad\' thing that happens to us and/or what we have been given to bear, either by God, Himself, or through the actions of another, and can also feel they are a punishment, of sorts, for not having had enough faith or not being \'good enough\', which will drag our self esteem and level of self worth down even more, to new lows, which are very difficult to overcome.
God cannot show us our true worth and help us to realize our full potential, if we feel as though we are of little, or no worth, and feel like we are beyond His reach, which doesn\'t make much sense, but when we are really down, and down on ourselves, not a whole lot does seem to make sense.
So, in essence, asking God to help you and giving your problems to Him to help you with, is a lot like standing at the bottom of a mountain and saying, \"With God\'s, help, I WILL climb this mountain.\" God will give you the strength to do just that, even if it may seem, at times, that it is too difficult, but through your faith, determination and with His help, you WILL reach the top. But, we are still the ones who have to make the decision to climb the mountain and we are the ones who still have to do the actual climbing.
I am willing to climb from the pits of Hell to Heaven if I have too. I gave God My Baggage or Garbage. I have been holding that since I was 10 yrs. old. It\'s time for Me to Make My Life Better. I am going to make it, I am going to be Happy being Me, I am going to enjoy My Life from Here on Out & I will not let Nothing holed Me Back.
