To hell with this first step to recovery!

Just take the first step,...............? Well, this doesn't work for me anymore! The harder I fight, the deeper I sink away in this depression mess!
 
I cannot change my circumstances, and I'm battling to survive in them. And the people who know the least, critisize the most. Can you do better?! Well, if you could, God would rather have placed you in these circumstances, instead of me! So please take your 'well meaning' comments with you, and leave me the hell alone!!!
