I like to read and write poetry for myself when I am low to boost me up. I hope it helps you too.
 
Don't let the people put you down
Don't let a bad day make you frown
Others can make you laugh and smile
Others can make your world fall apart
Ignore the ones who pick out your faults
You don't know them, so why do you care?
Surround yourself with happy friendly people
And not those who make you feel horrible
Your more beautiful than any of them know
They have closed eyes
And you have a gorgeous personality
The right man will come along one day
God has a plan for everyone
He's just still working on yours
