to day
still have that migrain trying to take as few painkillers as I can ...doing medatation ...in bed or doing couch dusty ...getting a little bit done ....yesterday ..it was realy bad ...and my h had went fishing with our youngest boy ...so ..I was alone ...and dident do well with that ...it was just a realy long day ..with being lonly and in so much pain......but they had a great day caught 12 bass all 4 and 5 pounds .....there is a fish fry comming up ....I feel like I can breath ..now ....I think that by the time it is time to go to my dads I schould be ready .to go and not fall apart ...I still have a little more time to get my self together ....I can't weaight to see the surprise on his face ....when we show up ......I went to towen today with my h ..just did some gerocries and went for breakfast ....I love the fruite and fiber ..muffins ...at Mack Donald's ...that is the only thing I will eat there ......now ..it is couch dutie time ...I just hope it doesent last all day ..I have things I would like to do .....like go and lift up my flowers the rain has beat them dowen I have a ribin around them but I need to put a nother one up higher .......I just love my flowers ...they are all kind of colours ..and it seames like every weak a new colour showes up ...the newest ones comming to blum are red ...the humming birds love the flowers ..but they are so small ...this year ...last year we had a diferant kind ..they were biger and more colourfull ...these ones are small and a Gray browen with whit just under ..the neck .....we have feeders out for them ....well I think that is it for today ...thankyou for all your prayers and kind words ..and for being here for me .....take care ...God bless ....

I alway\'s loved going bass fishing. If we caught a bass over 5 pound\'s they were alway mounted. You can\'t mount anything less than 5.

I\'ve never had the muffin\'s at McDonald\'s but I soooo love the Quarter Pounder!!
Wishing good luck with the flower\'s. Mine have been beaten down as well from the rain. But the most beat down came from the painter\'s who really didn\'t care at all where they put the ladder\'s. They did a good job of painting....but not a good job of not messsing up my shrub\'s.
