To Cut or Not To Cut

This is trivial, but maybe by writing it out I can make a decision.  I'm trying to decide whether to get a haircut or not.  It's been a very long time since my last one and my hair hasn't been this long since I was a disk jockey, some thirty years ago when I was young.  My hair covers my ears and collar now.  I looked in the mirror this morning and I kinda like the look.  There's a natural wave and smoothness and with a little trim here and there, it could really look nice.  But, since I'm looking for work, the look would not be ordinary nor the standard for the public.  Plus, I have to use hairspray and that seems such a bother and my caps don't fit right, although the hair coming out from under the cap is a good look to me.  It gives me a casual look.  My last hair style, the one you see in my photo was easy to care for,,,just wash and brush it.  And, it was short,,,very short.  I've got the money for it now.  Maybe, I could get a shorter version with it touching the ears and collars, but that would mean more haircuts.  Decisions,,,decisions.  On other things,,,I've just about quite smoking, but it's putting a strain on me.  Instead of buying a carton of cigarettes at a time, I buy them by the pack.  I try to make them last at least two days, but as you smokers know, if you have them, you smoke them.  I try to make them less accessable by putting them in different rooms and sometimes in the car, but get frustrated and keep them close.  If I run out, I got without them till the two days are up, but that puts a strain on me, and I end up "smokin' butts".  Should just quit, but with nothing else to do around the house, it's next to impossible.  I'm finding new ways to make baloney sandwiches.  A good way is in the oven with melted cheese and adding all sorts of things like bell peppers, onions, and sliced tomatoes.  When I get a job, I will never buy baloney again!

You should write a cookbook.... 101 ways to make baloney sandwiches, or \"a casual looking guys meals in 10 minutes or less\", lol I say, keep your hair the way you want it... it\'s a freedom of expression, and when you come closer to getting work, then get a little trim. Perhaps you can canvas your neighborhood for someone who will give it a trim for you... at little or no cost to you. I\'m proud of you and the cigarette \"rationing\". Hugs and kisses, Deb :o)
