To be thankful

I must say.....the holidays have never been a good "time" for me.  And they are much more difficult when your loved ones are not with you.  Lauren and Andrew and Milo were here today for Turkey Day.  They stayed for a few hours....and off they went to Detroit.  But we did have a good day together.  I'm getting so much better at cooking that I amaze myself!  I guess you could say I"m enjoying more than I ever did.  The sad part of a holiday is when everyone leaves and then you are "alone"......that's the hard part of the day for me.  I hope someday when I write to you that I won't be saying that....
