Tired today

Working the four hours last night when I am usually sleeping those 4 hrs caught me by surprise this morning when I didn't feel rested trying to get up this morning.  I need to sit down and write a schedule out that is going to work for me.  I have also grown to eating out alot at work which is not befriending my waistline.  Exercise is the key here because I think it will give me more energy.  It's just trying to fit it in in the hrs I have available during the day and the free time I'm not working my full time and 2 part time jobs.

As it is, I'm working about 25 hrs extra on top of the 40 I'm already working- doable yes, but I need balance.  Ive been overwhelmed with things lately.  Having a friend who'd like to spend time with me,  Trying to see my way through this relationship/roomate fog that I'm in, getting thru the holidays and worrying if I'm putting too much on myself.  I just feel the need to work to keep my mind off things and turn off my phone and not deal with who whats want-just focus on what my future is (a place of my own, a feeling of stability), but, how do you do that without hurting people?

My favorite part of working over-time is that it gives me a respectable excuse for being absent from social events, especially when none of my relationships are working well. It also keeps me to tired for long-winded explanations and delusional chicanery. "Sorry, Hon. Gotta go to work. See you when we see you."

Steadying support while you discover your brave new world. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and give all those gory details time and space to find their own remedies. You can do this.
