Tired

Just a strange weekend and in actually two weeks of just feeling out of sorts , good works being taken out of context, friend who I've been helping questions my loyalty, I'm losing weight due to my not being able to eat like I use to due to my gout in my knee, I don't feel like myself and as hard as I'm trying I'm a little nervous, I can't really rest and everyone is calling me to do for them and I have no one to call.. God help me
