Tiny Baby Steps
2010 winter has been brutal both physically and mentally. My pain loves cold, wet weather so it's been it's been having a ball while I'v been bawling.
Saw my pain management doctor yesterday. He upped my pain medication just a small amount and alrady the pain is less. Hope these babby steps will lead to leaps of joy as I get more and more advantage over my pain.
