2003 Diagnosed with Chlamydia and treated
2004 Positive for Chlamydia again
July 2009  Start TTC aged 25 after 1yr on Depo
Jan 2010 (regular periods return)
July 2011   See the doctor wondering why I am not falling pregnant, at this point we are having sex at the right time but not timing and temp charting, doctor runs tests, all hormone levels normal. Sperm count nothing to worry about. Doc believes I am ovulating, no sign of any other problems. (history of chlamydia)
Refferred to specialist
Feb 2012 See fertility associates, sperm rechecked, no problem. Referred for HSG
July 2012 HSG reveals hydrosalpinx on left tube and partial occlusion on right tube
Many weeks of trying to figure out what HSG results actually indicate, fertility specialist recommends IVF (suggesting significant blockages) qualify for public funding
August 2012  Referred for Laparoscopy to have a better look and to possibly clip hyrdosalpinx which could be creating hostile environment in my womb
September 2012Laporoscopy reveals hydrosalpinx on left and blockage on right putting me at risk from ectopics and on surgeons advice both tubes were clipped leaving me completly INFERTILE
