Time to trade

I was thinking of getting something smaller that's better on gas.

I thank God for my 2010 Honda civic lx, 33 miles to gallon. No major repairs, only oil changes every 3=5000 miles.

Thank God, we can still get gas and have food. I know it is hard, I want to just point that out. Walk more, shop for only what you really need. Stock up on sales items that can be stored or frozen.

I have no idea what 'Kelley Blue Book' means but my own personal Lisa tank is always full :), petrol here is up to $2.20 per litre at the moment, a disgusting rip off, but no choice when he have to fill up.

I think Shiney has me on ignore but Kelley Blue Book is a pricing tool for used cars that dealers and people use to find out how much your car values are.....which is why it is funny they would ask if the tank is full because gas in a tank is worth money these days.....anyway someone else can explain it to her.....Shiney and I fell out as friends when I had a dog issue she disagreed with me on....I hope we still have a thread of friendship between us because I think she is a neat lady.....

Thanks everyone. I saw that on facebook, and thought I'd share.

Shiney, I thought we had it bad here. We are paying over $4 per gallon and you are paying over $6 in USA dollars for an imperial gallon which is a little less then an american gallon! That's crazy! If gas gets that high here, I will have to buy an electric car or a hybrid.

When I look at cars, I can't go too small....I am a tall person and needs lots of leg room, lol!

I usually don't go into town unless I can multitask which means Post office, dump, and grocery shopping, all in one trip :)

I have become a multitasking driver these days too Bob but things are going up....I know they make electric trucks....but expensive....most of the new cars are expensive if they have those electric features of hybrid or electric....my thing is if I went electric it would cost a bunch to run the 220volts out to the driveway from my box....has to go thru concrete at the back patio or if it is allowed over head....but I think it is not allowed to go over head....

Shiney, Canada is right behind you. Sometimes I think companies are taking advantage of it. I don't drive anymore but even taking a taxi is getting expensive. So happy that I live walking distance from everything.

Man, down here in Mexico gas hasn't gone up a single peso, I checked the corner gas station just now. But it sounds like it's just soared up there in the States. Yikes!

Wow, then the companies are gouging big time. Really,

That is funny. I'm stealing this if you don't mind.

Rosy you are welcome to share anything I have :)

It's pretty obvious someone is gouging us but I don't go very far anyway. I gas up my little subaru about once every 3-4 weeks.
Hopefully it will come down eventually.
