Time to take care of myself and be strong in God's Word!!

I am trying very hard to cope with my Bipolar disorder by myself. I do go to the doctor every month or almost every month to get my refill on my medications but I also have to report to my primary physician to maintain my overall health. I haven't written in my journal here in years. So far I have encountered getting my gallbladder removed and had my hernia operation with a hysterectomy and I have never been the same since. I have a hard time getting out of the house. Unless it is to go somewhere far. Locally I would rather stay secluded in my bedroom to my self. I chat with my friends on skype and pray a lot, I also make blankets to keep me going but deep down inside it doesn't fill the void of loneliness and I know that I have to get stronger because my children are growing up. I have four grown one about to graduate and two more still in school. How time flies, it seems like it was only yesterday my children were babies. It is so hard to cope with transition of that magnitude. Everyday I ask God for his strength to get me through because without him I am just another person on the block. When I fall down I strive to pick myself up although some days are easier than others.
Living with ADD and Bipolar is very hard especially when you didn't know you was always living with it. I have come to the realization that I will be on medications for the rest of my life. There are times when I just want to quit taking them but I know that isn't the right things to do. Another thing I have a problem with is eating. I don't have a desire to go into my own kitchen and make me something to eat because I am so exhausted when I wake up in the morning and throughout the day.
Is there anybody else who feels like I do that has BP or ADD please let me know. Any suggestions?
