time to get a new job!

I am just done with this job. I have been here for 7 years, but I got to put in a notice soon. Yesterday they had a christmas party and didn't invite me. I am being harrassed and stalked by the disabled lady who is employed here. I put up with it, but she is nuts. I had to have a talk with her yesterday about appropriatness and boundaries. Geez!
 
My job is to audit work, when I show people errors and mistakes to fix, which is my job, I get lied to, excuses, protests, and then if I go over and reveiw processes to clarify with them so they can do their job better or if I make suggestions to improve, they lodge complaints about me and I have to have a meeting with my program director.
 
I haven't had a raise in 5 years. This last year I did a great job, but got a bad review.
 
I've had it.
