Time to get up
My foot stoped hurting and now I can Walk!!! Only now the hands are hurting. but today I did five hours of yard work in 100 degree weather. It made me tired but all the joints were heated up and nothing started hurting. Now tomorrow I try my treadmill. I'm on a roll while I can.

I hope you didn\'t overdo it. Did you hit the treadmill? Best of luck, I know how hard it can be.
Sorry I\'ve been away, please send me some encouragement. For the past three days I have had trouble walking. When I step on my right foot I get a sharp pain from there to my lower back. It almost caused me to fall down.
