We are taking a trip to the hobby shop because I got a gift certificate to the hobby shop as arts and crafts calm down my anxiety and make me happy. I am ok today. In pain, but ok.
That sounds like a GREAT idea! I love arts and crafts but I need to get my butt over to the craft store or walmart. I want to start knitting again, it calms my nerves. I hope you find something that will make you happy. Good luck with it!
