The hands-on training could be offered by the training providers to the Workers themselves. The training will often take place in a Classroom and they'll be taught different methods and strategies by another experienced instructor. The Mentors aren't as experienced as the instructors in the Training Room, so they will still Teach the strategies and techniques in another interactive manner. To make the students as effective as possible.
