Time for stop living in my head and reach out
The "voices in my head" have reached critical mass and I've had enough. As much as I would love to able a to assign a diagnosis to what's going on; menopause and wacky hormones, an anti-depressant that has turned on me, codependency run amok, the long term effects of being a highly sensitive person (that's a real thing!!).... I just don't know and don't know if I'll ever know.
I've been shopping for a therapist which I think is a good start. I also want to get my hormones checked. I've ALSO found this website which is huge. I think it's universal that we think that we're the only ones going through whatever we're going through which never the case. That's the beauty of this website.
Full speed ahead!
