time for plastic surgery

wow, I will turn 53 next week or so definately time for an update. I am now 3 1/2 years out form surgery and still the main struggle is body image.....been almost a year since I've seen my trainer, work shifts and car payments got in the way.... kept my weight at 133 for the past 2 years however now I fluctuate 135-136 not good, my stomach after 1 year with the trainer did not produce the results I needed things only tighten up so much. I am now considering the Plastic surgery.... body lift and breast lift with agumentation. looking for people who have been there done that for reccomendations of surgeons and facilities. My insurance will not pay, so all will be out of pocket. I am not opposed to going to Mexico if necessary. and on with the search.
