Time for a Contest

I can't think of anything interesting to write.  So maybe it's time for a contest.  Since we seem to fixate on the letters HCV, maybe it's time to come up with something more positive for HCV to stand for.  Before yesterday, I would have proposed: HOCKEY CANADA VICTORY But for those of you who follow such things, the U.S. junior team snuck out of here with the World Junior gold medal yesterday.  (Keep the chirping to a minimum, my friends, Canada won the last 5...) OK, back to work... it's harder than you think!  HCV... hmmm. On another note, I wanted to mention that I've been exercising again.  Inspired by Russouls biking heroics, I've been on the treadmill and have worked my way up to a pitiful 20 push-ups. It feels good to fight back even a little bit and the extra blood to the brain doesn't hurt ! Have a great day tomorrow... and remember to smile !    Jack

HCV - I\'ll do my best. I like the V for victory.
I\'m not back into exercise. Still spend a few days sleeping.

H = Hope
C = Cure
V = virus
It\'s harder than one would think.

Ah, yes, McK...hope for the cure!!! I can\'t do better than that one. :)

Jack, 20 push-ups is not pitiful while on TX...judging from my TX experience, I think that\'s fantastic! I\'m 5 months post treatment and I\'m now able to exercise every other day. I can\'t do the daily thing yet because I need a day in between to recover...still get that fatigued feeling if I don\'t. I\'m certainly not sitting around like I did while on TX but, as far as actual aerobic exercise, I am still easing on into it and moving forward. I want my long-range bicycling legs back by spring.

Have a great day Jack

Well, I think Mack got this one right... although a nice variation might be:
HCV = Hope Conquers the Virus

Enough, already!
